Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
- The first letter ships within 3 business days of your order with USPS tracking.
- Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days in the U.S. International shipping times may vary.

2. Recurring Letters
- After the first shipment, letters are mailed on the 2nd and 4th weeks of each month.

3. International Shipping
- Available worldwide. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking
- Only the first shipment includes tracking due to package size; subsequent letters are mailed standard without tracking.
