Refund policy

1. Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime for future letters (no refunds on past payments).
- Prepaid subscriptions: You are refunded the remaining subscription amount MINUS the current month you unsubscribe.

2. Damaged or Missing Letters
- If a letter is lost or damaged in transit, notify us and we will resend it for no extra charge
