Romantasy Letters is a subscription storytelling experience delivered directly to your mailbox. Over the course of the subscription, you’ll receive beautifully crafted, illustrated letters and immersive keepsakes that immerse you in a romantasy world of intrigue, desire, Fae, magic, and war.

Subscribers receive two letters each month for twelve months. The first letter ships quickly after you order; after that, new letters arrive in a regular cycle.

Each envelope may contain hand-illustrated letters, telegrams, maps, newspaper-style clippings, secret messages, and other physical relics designed to deepen your immersion in the story.

Your first letter will be mailed within 3 business days after your order is processed.

Expect 5–8 business days total (shipment + transit).

No. Only the first letter is shipped via tracked mail (due to format and package size). Subsequent letters are mailed via standard mail, which may arrive without tracking.

Not currently. Orders are processed quickly, so the first letter is shipped in the next available cycle.

No. Each story is a single 12-month commitment and will not renew automatically.

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

Yes but letters are sent on schedule so we cannot guarantee delivery if you change you address in mailing cycles, email us to change your address at hello@romantasyletters.com.

If a letter is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll resend it at no extra cost, if you inform us within 5 business days.

Monthly refunds are not available for past payments. For 12-month subscriptions, pro-rated refunds are offered for the remainder of your subscription, excluding the month of cancellation.
